  1. folaya.com is a fraudulent website. I made a purchase on this website thru PAYPAL. When I received an email from Paypal regarding my payment it stated the payment was sent to someone in China. I felt something was just not right as the website said they were located at 2411 Blane Street, Saint Louis, Missouri, 63123, United States. support@folaya.com; 800-224-8317. I googled the address and it doesn’t exist, the contact phone number belongs to Direct TV. I called it and that is who answered. No email responses from the email address. I should have checked their information before placing an order but that is my mistake. This fraudulent website needs to be shut down. Please investigate this website and don’t allow more people to be ripped off by someone who has given false information to create a website to steal money. If you need any more information, feel free to contact me. Thank you!

    • Thank you for your warning. Unfortunately, I already bought and paid for 1 item. I contacted immediately Papal to cancel but Paypal said it was a legitimate transaction. How can you get your money back?

        UPDATE: When you filed your complaint with Paypal, did you report it as an unauthorized transaction? I did and they denied me twice. I finally got to talk to a representative on the message center, located on the Paypal website. I sent him my original complaint and why I felt the folaya website was fraudulent. False address, contact info, and phone number. And the fact that the payment was sent to someone in China when their website stated it was located in the US. And also they don’t reply to emails. The rep escalated my complaint from unauthorized use to fraudulent website. The rep was very understanding of my situation and very helpful. This is the only way I found to get your transaction reopened and reported. So far the seller has not responded to Paypal. Below is the response from Paypal that they are investigating it

  2. This is a scam website. The customer service line is a host of scam offerings. The location doesn’t exist as well. The payment through paypal went directly to China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

  3. I made a purchase on this website Jun 29th 2020, and then I realized it was a fraud website, my money went to a paypal account in China. The phone number is a phishing number and the address doesn’t exist. I tried to call paypal but no real person could answer.

  4. This website is definitely a scam and needs to be shut down, and the owner needs to be held accountable. I made a mistake of ordering and making an account on it. My payment on PayPal went to someone in China. My account info disappeared on the website. I called the support line and it was a fake phone number of advertisements. The address of the business also doesn’t exist. Paypal finally refunded me after the seller never responded to them, but my personal info has been stolen.

  6. I bought something using American Express on June 22nd. I thought it was taking a long time so I went to the website to check on status. The website no longer exists. The 800 number is not related to this company. Fortunately no transaction went through on my American Express card. Lesson learned trying to save a few bucks and not give all my money to Amazon.
