I contacted the Frontlinemds website on November 16th, 2020 and filled out a request to talk to one of their staff doctors via their telemed service. I was looking for a way to receive hydroxychloroquine as a preventitive for the Covid-19 virus. I have used a chloroquine in the past as a malaria preventative. As I stated I filled out the request for the online appointment and was led to beleive I would be called within 24 hours. It has been almost a month and I have yet to hear from anyone at Frontlinemds.com. I did receive a credit card statement showing that I was charged the $90.00 for the online doctor's call which never took place. Please advise.
