scam most definitely! I bought a grill which turned out to be a grill mat. The description and picture are for grill but you get a mat. I am filling a chargeback. They are awful! It is definitely a scam. They sent me an email after they sent me a wire mesh in the mail. They said I did not order the grill but the cooling mesh under the grill. The picture was of a grill for $19.99. Then the second picture was of food cooling after being cooked on the grill on the mesh. They said the grill was $99 not $19. It is a bait and switch scam for sure. I am on Social Security and I do not appreciate being scammed like that.

I have been scammed also. Ordered grill in June and never received it. They gave me a $3 credit and blamed the delay on the virus. Then today, I received a cheap barbecue net. I would have never ordered this grill, if I knew it was coming from China. I hope they are investigated.

So the “customer service” finally got back with me. Claimed I ordered incorrectly that I purchased a “bbq net” which clearly states comes free with the grill. Shows me pictures of the actual grill costing $99 & not 19.99. I go on there site took screenshots of what they still currently have advertised. I then respond in the email not only with my order confirmation, tracking number, & the screenshots. Basically confronted them that they are scamming people:

Y’all are stealing people’s money falsifying products. & another thing that “net” that I received looks nothing like the pictures on your site. They are unfaithful. I ordered a grill for $25.98 order #NC_18_SR18_182#GG=WHY05#8767. They even confirmed it and never sent the grill. I have disputed with the credit card company and hopefully they can credit my account.
