        • I also ordered in February 2020 . Received nothing . Not even a tracking number and it’s now mid June 2020 . I’ve emailed the ONLY website listed under customer care 6 times . They reply back in broken English with no real answer to my email. THEY SUCK! SCAMMERS ALERT 🚨

  • I ordered shoes 20 days ago and I still don't even have tracking information... Seems like a scam.

  • I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on February 13 2020, it is now March 24 2020 and all they have told me is that it is "they called the post office and my package has been shipped. when it arrives the US, the tracking information will update." makes no sense because that email was sent on 3/10/2020 and it still shows "order confirmed" not out for delivery.... Dont waste your time or money- this place has been nothing but a joke.

    • I also received the exact same reply when I asked about shoes I purchased March 2, 2020. I asked them to provide me with tracking information, to which they replied “we will call the post office and email that information to you.” Unfortunately, I agree, I feel the site is a scam. I also asked for a customer service number, has anyone had luck finding this?

      • OMG… I have the Same exact issue as all reviews posted. Ordered 2 pair in Feb. still Not received!! I email twice a week, with the response the same as others stated. Please have patiences… here’s tracking # which doesn’t work!! Your items have shipped, stuck in customs. Such a SCAM!!! I will contact PayPal to get my money refunded. or if quicker to get it through my bank I’ll do it that way but I’m getting my money back from this freaking sorry company!!

          • If you paid through PayPal there is a process that you can go through to get your money back. If you paid with credit card, call them and call them. They should cancel and return payment to you since you haven't received product.

It says label has been printed. But item has never shipped. I emailed twice and they say it will come soon. Requested a refund twice they ignore my emails I’m calling my credit card tomorrow.     • I am with you! I ordered two pairs of shoes on March 17th 2020. I got an email April 20th providing me with tracking information. Just checked the tracking and my package has not moved since April 17th. Only (labeled printed). Fed Ex states for me to reach out to the sender! Grrrrr
