I have placed an order also on dec 2 2020. They have been replying to my emails. Yesterday they told me they already sent my package to the post office a few days ago and tracking info will be generated a few days later due to busy season. I should have received tracking when they sent to the post office..Now i feel like i have been scammed from reading the above comments. Luckily i purchase through paypal.
