I ordered one of their floating mats last Friday. Today is Wednesday. I paid extra for expedited shipping and still have not received an email that it has shipped nearly a week later.
Did you ever receive the mat? I ordered as well, they gave me a Fedex number that never shipped and on the 22nd they sent it USPS, and it says I received it in my mailbox, you cant fit that in my mailbox. I am on hold with USPS now to get to the bottom of this. I think this is a scam.
I ordered a lake mat and it is advertised to fir 3.6 people. It took forever to get it. I received it yesterday and it will barely fit a small child. What a waste of money.

Ordered a mat for 3 to 6 people. Took about 3 weeks to arrive. The mat was about 16 inches wide and 4 feet long. Not actually suitable for 3 to 6 people that was listed on the website! I should have done my research before ordering. Scam.
I also ordered a mat for 3-6 people, the mat was 16 inches wide and 65 inches long, only enough room for 1 person , they would not give me a refund so I am going to be contacting the BBB.
We ordered with expedited shipping in mid July - we haven’t seen the items (it is now August 22), and they keep sending shipping tracking numbers that don’t pull up info. I wish i could call someone before we submit them for fraud.
Ordered floating mat for 3 to 6 people, three layers XPE foam, as shown on video. Three weeks later received a two layer foam item about 16 inches wide and 5 feet long. Customer service says I got what I ordered even thought there order confirmation says floating mat for 3 to 6 people was the item ordered. When I point that out I have had no further responses. SCAM.
Ok so I received my "floating island"... This "mat" is 24 1/2 inches long and 15 inches wide!!!!
It's supposed to hold up to 3 people on it. It's barely large enough to sit on, it's like a child's seat.
They don't answer my email questions, and have not offered a refund.

Do NOT buy anything from this company!!!! After 6 weeks I received my "Floating 3 layer mat" and same problem as the prior message states----It was a 1 layer $2 piece of styrofoam that would maybe hold 1 child. Shame on a company especially now during Covid that would scam people. Does anyone have any ideas how we can our money back and then shut this company down??

Certainly not what they advertised. When I requested to return the item as it is certainly not as advertised they simply replied I received the item I ordered. When I tried to fill out a review on the website, it converted my 1 star review to a 5 star review and you cannot read what I wrote. TOTAL SCAM!!
