I put in an order in April 1st, 2020 with MataStore and after not hearing anything from them by Friday April 10th, I attempted to contact the company. First, I tried emailing, I got a mailer daemon response saying the delivery of my email failed. So, I called the phone number, it's a nonworking number. So, I go to the website this morning, and that no longer works. They have my money for the purchase, now I am going to have to dispute the charge.
Same thing happened to me as well. Website & phone number is no longer active but can only hope they deliver. I'm disputing via PayPal. Any other suggestions?

You won't get anywhere with PayPal..i did the same contact your back and file a dispute.

The same thing happened to me. Same day too. I have also lost my paypal account now because of it. I am so upset. I am contacting my bank tomorrow. This is bull shit! Not only did they take my money, they took more than what i paid. I paid on there site 43.49 and they took 49.80 from my bank account. And paypal wants to punish me by cancelling my account.

Same here. There has to be something we can do also why are they allowing fake stores on sites anyway. They all should be checked out before it comes available for us to shop.

I have ordered a $93 bike. Everything looked so very shady from the very first place, but I had to wait for a few days for the transaction to be posted so I could dispute it. Their merchant ID, phone number. Street address, email address do not exist. Fortunately, I got my money back from my back and closed that credit card. I received instead of a bike, a small envelope with a green plastic minuscule whistle. As if I’m an idiot or something. Their website doesn’t exist anymore. It disappeared right after I disputed the charge.
SCAMM!! I have opened a dispute, along with a lot of people who have been scammed by Jeffery A Waters. I am reporting him to the consumer protection agency.

No use writing this comment if its not going to help other people AVOID shopping on this website but the attempt should count for something. Not pleased as there is no contact info - a "chat" person said it is a business overseas (China). I have no beef with China in spite of all the bad press it gets but I have a problem when people steal my money. The product I ordered is not what I need but I can't reach anyone to negotiate it. This is BAD BUSINESS and it should be taken down totally. This is a smudge against Internet buying.
