I ordered from a company “ORIBA” out of California for a item Friday July 10th. The statement I got on the 11th has USPS tracking number 9400109898642996916xxxx. This was a number for a item I ordered from Amazon and had arrived on Friday July 10th before I ordered anything from ORIBA. I think this is a fraud and they are using he tracking number to get paid from PayPal. I am trying to stop or hold the payment but PayPal is not much help they want me to request a refund and after 7 days file a dispute. In the PayPal billing statement the price has changed from $62.90 to $72.33 with no information as to why. By suppling a tracking number PayPal will release the money so the thief will get the money.
The phone number for ORIBA don’t work and the support@oriba.space email system refused to accept my emails.
The PayPal billing did not got to a company it went to LAUFFAYETTA JOHNSON and when I got this information I started with trying to stop the payment.
Chase will not stop the payment but will let me dispute it after it has been paid.
It amazing PayPal and Chase will not stop the payments but probably refund it to me after the thief gets away with it.
