Do NOT use this company! I ordered from Pinkzoza a month ago and haven’t receive my order. Two weeks after I placed my order I hadn’t received a shipping alert so I wrote an email to “customer service” asking for an update, never got a response but the next day I did get an email saying my item is “on its way” and that I could track with the fed-ex number provided, when I clicked on it I was rerouted to fed-ex’s website but it said they couldn’t find that tracking number. I got that email two weeks ago(it’s now been 4 weeks total since I ordered) and haven’t received my package. I wrote another email to “customer service” saying I want my money back and haven’t gotten a response! Total scam and super disappointed!
Ordered 2 suits and got charged for it right away. This company is fake and is just scamming people out of their money. I emailed 10 times and was getting some emails back but when I asked to have my order cancelled no one will respond.

I have had a similar experience so far. I ordered 4 items and only 1 item arrived to me, but the tracking stated that all items were delivered in the one package. I have contacted customer service with no response and have several other issues with the tracking and shipment process. I am starting to think this is a scam and am SUPER disappointed.
I will further reiterate the sentiments of the above comments. Do NOT order from this company. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had a weeks long email thread going just to get a refund for suits I won't wear due to a canceled vacation. I want to send them back and they insist I take photos of myself in the suits to ensure it's not a measurement issue. Ridiculous. F for complete fail. Things are cheap, but they're also very, very poor quality. Pay for what you get. Complete waste of time and money.

This company should be charged with stealing people's money. DO NOT buy from them. I ordered 3 bathing suits. I received one and it was terrible quality, and I've been waiting for the 2 others for MONTHS! Their customer service is a joke and scam. I was getting a response for a moment and now they've stopped replying after they sent my a bogus tracking number, and told me to return the one bathing suit would cost me $45!!! The bathing suit was only $26!! How does that make any sense. Scam scam scam. I hope this company goes down.

NO don't do it. Many scam companies take random pictures of clothing from other stores or anywhere online. I was shopping for swimsuits on different websites and pinkzoza had the EXACT same pictures as Janela Bay... I haven't found any good reviews from it and my friend ordered swimsuits a month ago but they have yet to arrive. DON'T waste your money
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order for 3 swimsuits. One arrived within 2 weeks, but the delivery email stated I had received all three. I emailed the customer service about the partial/incomplete delivery and have had inconsistent responses. They stated that one I ordered was out of stock (would have been a good thing to communicate to the purchaser), so they would replace it with another suit. It has been over two weeks and still no correction to the partial delivery, no response to the last week of follow up emails. I email them every day to try and get a response, but nothing! I should have done my homework.

pinkzoza facebook page, the blocked me....I have emailed them directly and no response.
I am on hold with my bank as I type this out, Not sure how this will turn out, but do not want anyone else to fall for this scam.
I ordered 3 weeks ago and have not received my suits yet. I’ve emailed them 3 times asking for a stats update, no response. I’ve included my invoice and transaction # as well...crickets. Not a happy customer!

DO NOT ORDER from them! I ordered 2 swim suits over a month ago and still have not received. I have gotten ONE email that said “your package is on its way” over 2 weeks ago. When using the tracking number with USPS, it shows it has been and still is in Chino California, and USPS is waiting for it. I mean, I get that during this pandemic things are crazy. I’ve been super patient. Have emailed three times with ZERO response. They are a scam and totally not legit. Wish i would have done my research a bit better!!
BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Like others who've commented, I ordered two suits, and payment was processed immediately. I got an email from my bank alerting me that my card had been processed in a "transaction outside the US" with the merchant name "FABFASHION LTD"... *not* PinkZoza.com.
That raised a red flag, and I did some digging online and found this site and several other forums containing hundreds of customer reviews warning of the scam-nature of the site. Out of concern that my experience would be similar, I emailed customer service to request that my order be cancelled. A day later, I received a reply confirming that the cancellation had been processed and refund would be reflected on my bank statement within 5 to 15 days. That was on April 7th (29 days later), and still no refund. I've emailed them multiple times since the 15 day window expired, and have received no response... nor have I received any swimsuits.
This company/website is a total sham... Shame on me for not sticking with my gut (or doing the research before submitting an order). When it seems too good to be true, it probably is. PinkZoza is NO EXCEPTION. DO NOT ORDER.
