Not sure they are. I have followed their instructions regarding returns. They tell you to send an email to the addy of customer007service@outlook.com for instructions and an address to return the products to. I have tried to email that address more than once and I get no response from them. With so little time allowed for a return, you have 14 days from the day you receive the product, it makes it difficult to do that in the allotted time frame when you can't get a response. In my last email I told them if I did not hear from them I would contact my credit card company and contest the charge. Will have to see what happens.

I ordered two products on 6/20/20 and have yet to receive them on 8/28/20. I’ve emailed numerous times asking for a refund. The tracking site is sketchy and less than helpful! This site is a rip-off and scam! Buyer beware!
I made an order on September 4th, it’s been 16 days and I have not received an email regarding shipment. I’ve emailed them twice asking about an estimated delivery date or a refund for the purchase but I have not received a response.
I places an order over $100 on 8-25-2020. Have tried dozens of times to reach them. No response also have not got my order. Willing be calling me credit card company and reporting them as a scam.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.... If it arrives at all, IT IS RUBBISH. I ordered a pool mat, looked great in the add. What arrived 6 weeks later was not what was pictured. The Mat that I got would be lucky to support my weight, yet they showed multiple people jumping, playing and even chairs erected on this mat. This piece of plastic paper that I got will be used to line the rubbish bin.

I ordered a floating mat that was supposed to hold 3-6 people from this company. What I got was not as the picture showed. A complete joke! It’s a scam! I was able to contact them for a refund but they only offered a partial refund of $10 on a $50 purchase. Went through PayPal & the company (from China) offered a full refund if I returned the mat to China at my expense...Paypal has been wonderful & are sending me a full refund.
Stay away from deals that are too good to be true!
