The phone number and email for this site don’t work. I placed and order and am certain the company is not legit. It says you can cancel your order within 24 hours. I tried to no avail. I now have a tracking number from a company that had thousands of reviews saying it’s fraudulent. Learn from my mistake and do t order from them.

I received a shipping notice after thinking I was out the money I gave them for the pool I ordered on June 5. I finally received a shipping notice on June 17. The tracking number showed no details until I received a notice on June 29 telling me I was to receive a shipment from Hong Kong. I was thinking it would never really get here. It showed up today without a box and in a mangled bag. Although I received a pool it was 7ft smaller and probably a foot shorter without a cover, ground cloth or filter which were to be included. Not even sure it will hold water from the looks of the damaged packaging. Such a scam!

RainDorps is a scam. The products likely come from China and take approximately a month to arrive. The pool that we ordered was not as described. We paid $299 for it. It was probably worth $50. You cannot reach them via phone or email. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Do not order from them. They are cheaper for a reason.
The phone number is not in service, email them and get no response. Company seems to be a scam. PayPal is reviewing the case. I cancelled within five minutes of the order as the receipt from PayPal had a different name on it, then the name on the website. It raised an eyebrow

I only wished I would have wished I had read these cons. I ordered a large pool three mo. later I received a kiddie pool. and there is NO way to contact this company.
I ordered their biggest pool in May and have not gotten anything yet! There email doesn’t work. I feel so stupid for spending this much money. Anyone have a contact number?

I recently ordered from this company. The phone number is not a working number and neither are the emails. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and hopefully can get my money back but I believe it’s a fraudulent company.
I agree with the other 2 comments here. I ordered a pool 2 weeks ago and after receiving a confirmation, have heard nothing. The email bounced back. Now as I look more closely at the website their prices seem to good to be true. Also, it seems to me that there are some similar websites out there that are probably also scams too. I filed a dispute with Paypal- hoping to get my money back. Don't order from this site!

I haven't had any success with PayPal I'm going to dispute it through my credit card company.

I ordered my pool May 4th and haven’t heard anything since then. I’ve also had no success with the email Or phone number given. When I put a complaint on PayPal this email address was on there. weizhenfa@gmail.com. I sent them an email and this is what I quickly got back.

Same here- tried to reach customer service for a refund. None of the emails were legit. I filed a claim with PayPal and am waiting to hear back also.
