This website is a SCAM. I recently was searching for a specific color printer and Google search brought me to Unitby.com and what looked like legitimate printer sales. It didn't show their apparel line until after I logged off and went back to the website to check my order. I had placed an order for a $114 color printer, which I paid through PayPal. I received an email confirmation from PayPal, but not the promised email from Unitby. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but could not get anywhere with Unitby. The website doesn't recognize me account that I created. Their address listed brings me to a personal residence. Their emails get go unanswered, as do all phone calls. I then contacted PayPal who contacted the seller and forwarded me the seller's USPS tracking information. When I checked it USPS, it came back as a delivered package to my zip code, however the delivery date was two weeks prior to my order!!! PayPal is showing my order in dispute and I have to wait another week to see if the seller responds. In the meantime I contacted my credit card company who will not do anything until the charge changes from "processing" to complete. In the meantime it's locking $114 of my credit. So much for protection. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
THIS IS A SCAM SITE. DO NOT USE. I had the same experience as the comment from Karen. The address is in Anniston Alabama and the phone number is albion Indiana. The phone is always coming back as “user busy”. I tried two email addresses and neither one responds. PayPal and my credit card are treating me the same as Karen.
Same here. Never received anything and Paypal doesn't care and says you have to contact the seller, who is fake, so that obviously won't do anything.
Add me to the list as having been scammed by them! Same exact scenario as Karen's down to the the package being showed as delivered "inside" my mailbox two weeks before I placed the order. Not sure how that would be possible since the PayPal invoice showed I was charged for a car rental. (I ordered a garden utility cart.) Also, very disappointed with PayPal's "buyer protection" program. Within two days of filing a complaint the refund was denied because I had "authorized" the payment.
SCAM!!!!! Do NOT buy anything. Went to a weird paypal account, gave a tracking order saying it was delivered two weeks before I even ordered the item, had a busy signal with the phone number I called probably 20 times, sent multiple emails before I cancelled with my bank.
