had no problem .Just used one of my vouchers in a beautiful resort on the Gold Coast at nightly price under $100 with kitchen facilitates and amazing swimming complex with beautiful garden. Only one week lates I booked the same place in March . No problem.
This company is definitely NOT a scam. I did my due diligence beforehand. I have made 5 bookings with them as well as 2 cancellations in Australia for March . They were very responsive and acted very quickly with refunds too. I’m extremely happy with the service and cost effectiveness of the hotels and will certainly keep using them in Europe when Our borders finally open.

What a big scam.! $498 gone, nobody to contact by email or call. The website links sent by "them" are discountinued & I cant find them on google. This vouching for them must be part ofthe scam... please be careful.
I'm in Queenstown NZ at the moment having bought a 5 night stay with Unsold vacations. Not a scam. Staying at Mercure Resort and having a great time. I'd definitely buy one of these packages again.
